The program covers 100% of your eligible digital project, capped at €10,000 in aid. On a €10,000 net project, you can be fully subsidized. Beyond the cap, the difference is at your expense.
Am I eligible as a self-employed worker?+
Yes. The program is open to all Guadeloupe TPE/PME, from micro-businesses to 249 employees, in any sector.
How long does the application take?+
Pre-eligibility is confirmed by STAPES within 24h. Official Region validation usually takes 4 to 8 weeks. We can prepare the production phase in parallel.
What if my application is refused?+
We work upstream on qualifying your application to maximize approval chances. If refused, you pay no application fees — only services actually delivered.
Can I combine the Chèque TIC with other grants?+
Yes, under specific conditions. Combining with other regional, national, or European programs is possible but regulated. We check compatibility during the eligibility analysis.
When is the financial aid paid?+
The aid is paid after full project completion and submission of supporting documents (paid invoices, validated deliverables). It is therefore a partial reimbursement after the fact, not a cash advance.
